Job Title: Master Data Specialist

At GFG-Alliance, we are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Systems Effectiveness Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our market offers and customer data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure our market offers are correctly aligned to SAP & associated systems.
  • Act as a key interface between the customer service teams and the customer for the execution of claims, including the ongoing investigation of their causes to make the business more efficient and proactive.
  • Work proactively within the Systems Effectiveness Team to improve business processes and in doing so, the customer's experience.
  • Accurately apply and administer each component of the promises we make to our customers.
  • Exhibit behaviors demonstrating Customer Service & Fulfilment and overall business strategy, including the core values of Family, Sustainability, and Change.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary certification in Business Administration, Accounts Administration, or similar would be desirable.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, Excel, and other software packages.
  • Experience using the SAP transactional system.
  • Able to embrace change, make recommendations, and contribute to the development of new processes and systems.
  • Able to problem solve by asking questions and probing data through reconciliations.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and delivering value to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze data to make recommendations.
