Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation program, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions that bridge business needs with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of scalable and secure systems to support guest-facing services and internal operations.
  • Evaluate and select application frameworks, integration patterns, and data flows across a mix of legacy and modern systems.
  • Produce high-quality architectural artefacts, including system diagrams, data models, sequence diagrams, and deployment models.
  • Act as the bridge between business and IT, guiding stakeholders and teams on the journey and ensuring the why behind technology decisions is understood.
  • Provide technical oversight across critical programmes supporting hotels, tours, and guest services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Architecture or Cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are desirable.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical roles, including 5+ years in solution and/or enterprise architecture, ideally within a large and complex environment.
  • Deep expertise in designing end-to-end solutions that bridge business needs with technical implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, data architecture, and cloud-native design.
