Job Title: Covert Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Covert Security Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level security services to our clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plains clothes security operations
  • Monitoring stores and High-Risk areas to prevent theft/loss
  • Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries
  • Problem identification and resolution in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Maintenance and filing of required documentation
  • Patrolling on foot and/or via vehicle
  • Use of a range of security equipment and technology
  • First Aid response
  • Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities

To be successful in this role, you will require strong previous experience in Crowd Control, a highly motivated mindset, and current and valid QLD Security licence, Certificate II in Security Operations, First Aid and CPR qualifications. You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, and full right-to-work in Australia.
