Caring Mental Health Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- The successful candidate will work closely with patients, families and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- With a strong focus on teamwork and communication, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of patient services.
- A key aspect of this role is providing education and guidance to patients and families to promote informed decision-making and self-management.
- Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to drive quality improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- At least 3 years of mental health nursing experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practice in mental health nursing.
This position is based at a reputable private mental health hospital located in Hurstville, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
