Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a successful retail business, providing unbeatable customer service experiences, and achieving beyond personal and store sales targets.

About the Role:
  • Manage and drive the store and team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving your personal sales targets
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to become top performers
  • Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
Requirements:
  • An ability to run a successful retail business
  • A proven track record in customer service and sales
  • Demonstrated ability of mentoring and coaching team members to shine and succeed
