Leadership Role in Civil Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned civil engineer to lead and manage our Development & Building business unit. This critical leadership role requires strategic capability, technical delivery, and business leadership.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Qualified Civil Engineer, ideally Chartered or willing to attain Chartership
  • Experience leading teams in a consultancy or development setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the Development & Building team
  • Drive accountability, performance, and professional growth
Project Delivery & Operational Oversight

Ensure project planning and resourcing are effective and efficient

  • Oversee project execution and quality control
  • Maintain high-quality outputs and compliance with codes and regulations
Business Development & Client Relationships

Expand market presence and strengthen strategic partnerships

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Represent us at events and within networks
Financial & Commercial Management

Ensure financial performance and contribute to strategic planning

Responsibilities:

  • Manage forecasting, budgets, and reporting for the business unit
  • Work closely with senior management to align financial and business goals
Quality, Risk & WHS

Maintain systems and standards that support safe and consistent delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold ISO9001 and WHS standards
  • Champion continuous improvement and compliance
