About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality meal services to residents in a team environment, working closely with the catering team to ensure excellent service standards are maintained.
  • Support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is desirable but not essential.
  • A solid understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse people.
  • The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • Clearance or willingness to obtain NDIS and Police check clearance.
