Employment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and play a vital role in helping job seekers achieve employment success.

  • To source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Assist job seekers in identifying their skills, abilities, and securing employment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Create and implement individualized job plans with job seekers to promote a clear pathway to employment
  • Establish strong relationships with local employers and community organizations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a criminal history check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
