Exterminator Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Exterminator Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers to keep their premises pest-free.

  • Inspect client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
  • Carry out measures as required to eliminate the pests
  • Identify sales leads in the region where possible
  • Build rapport with and communicate with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid driver's licence
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
  • Availability for possible overnight stays in remote areas
  • Interest in Pest Control or related industry experience
  • Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • A high attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • An ability to consistently work within our safety parameters
  • Confidence using a mobile phone service app/tablet
