Job Description:

As a Trainee Bird Proofing Professional, you will work independently to inspect premises, eliminate pests, and develop long-term customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
  • Carry out measures as required to eliminate the pests
  • Identify sales leads in the region where possible
  • Build rapport with and communicate with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Use power tools to install hardware and various equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Full Manual Australian driver's license
- White Card Construction
- High-risk licence EWP (preferred)
- Ability to handle birds
- Comfortable working at heights
- The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
- Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
- Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, references, and police checks
