Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate blending equipment to produce chemical products with precision and accuracy.
  • Follow established blending recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Complete daily production tasks, including batching and blending, to meet production targets.
  • Monitor blending processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and safety.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including handling dangerous goods.
  • Perform routine maintenance on blending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized blending area to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in chemical blending and batching is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training on handling dangerous goods.
  • Forklift license is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
