About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Non-Trade Baker to join our team as an Executive Pastry Specialist in a full-time position based on a 38 hour per week roster.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for baking and a customer-first mentality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and adaptable to change.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations
  • Working collaboratively with our bakery team to ensure efficient production and delivery of products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with food safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer feedback

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A reliable and flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing situations
