Lead State Online Operations

As a key member of our Ecommerce team, you will play a critical role in redefining the future of retail for better. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage the provision of appropriate resource/support to stores and leaders to deliver exceptional customer service, as well as implement and manage strategic projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the state operations team to identify, develop, and execute new opportunities for driving sales and coverage of online transactions.
  • Influence and execute national and state programs to maximize Coles' online visibility and engagement.
  • Design, develop, and deliver localized strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide operational support for transport-related issues and manage the fleet.
  • Manage the execution of Coles online projects in terms of time, cost, quality, risks, governance, and communication to ensure successful delivery according to project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management experience at senior level.
  • Proven senior leadership and customer management experience.
  • Wide understanding of supermarket operations, including growth of new and existing business units.
  • Ability to identify new sales/operations opportunities for overall state coverage.
  • Proficiency in delivering improved online store networks through effective people engagement and network planning skills.
  • Experience in managing implementation phases of major change projects in a high-pressure environment.
