Job Role:
A key position has become available for a highly skilled Patisserie Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and education to domestic and international students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions for Certificate IV and Diploma level qualifications, ensuring student needs are met and learning objectives are achieved.
- Evaluate student skills and knowledge against industry standards, providing constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities, utilizing data to inform future program improvements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the evolving needs of the industry.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV or higher in TAE40116, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
- A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Full working rights in Australia, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
- A Certified IV Patisserie qualification, demonstrating expertise in the field.
