Job Title: Patisserie Team Member

Our patisserie is a busy and dynamic workplace that prides itself on exceptional customer service, creativity and innovation in our baked goods. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and presentation of our delicious pastries and cakes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled baker and cake decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and decoration of cakes and pastries
  • Assisting with baking and cooking tasks as required
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries and complaints
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role or relevant training/qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
