**The role**:

- A love for customer service + a passion and knowledge of fine food
- Attending the patisserie, gelato, boulangerie/bakery and coffee service (barista experience a plus, but we're happy to train on-site too)
- Receipt of monies and helping customers with pre-orders
- Opening and closing housekeeping, as well as general cleaning/tidying of displays, tables and dishes throughout the day
- Tasks to ensure premises meets food and hygiene standards

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.46 - $54.93 per hour
