This position plays a critical role in driving business growth by mitigating risks associated with internal fraud and financial crime. You'll have the opportunity to work with large, complex data sets to identify subtle patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends.
- You'll conduct deep-dive intelligence analysis into internal fraud cases, including scope, impact, and perpetrators.
- Develop tactical solutions to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Automate, monitor and optimise fraud detection systems for continuous improvement.
Effective communication is key in this role. You'll prepare formal reports, statements, and police briefs, and represent the company in judicial proceedings.
Main Responsibilities
- Interpret complex data sets to identify potential internal fraud/financial crime.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into internal fraud cases.
- Implement solutions to prevent and mitigate internal fraud/financial crime.
- Work closely with stakeholders to strengthen fraud prevention strategies.
