Fraud Intelligence Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fraud intelligence team leader to spearhead our Counter Fraud Intelligence Hub in Brisbane.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the fraud intelligence function within our organisation, driving strategies to identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud across all lines of business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and data analytics, to pinpoint trends and patterns in fraudulent activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive fraud prevention strategies
  • Lead and manage the fraud intelligence function within the organisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights into fraudulent behaviour
  • Provide training and education on fraud detection and prevention best practices

As a fraud intelligence team lead, you will require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, communication skills, and industry knowledge.
