We are seeking an experienced scientific researcher to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing manual and automated diagnostic testing, maintaining current scientific knowledge, and participating in quality assurance activities.
About the Role- Perform routine procedures from specimen reception to result execution.
- Assist with stock control and compliance maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and operate according to protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and new assay development.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding test results.
- Bachelor of Science or Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) degree required.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in the field is essential.
- Solid understanding of Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance Program (QAP), and troubleshooting techniques is necessary.
- Able to identify and implement quality improvements.
- High level of independence and minimal supervision required.
