Job Opportunity: Store Person

We are seeking an organised & proactive individual to maintain a clean, orderly, efficient and safe materials handling system.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products are safely stored in their correct location and are accessible.

This role involves facilitating distribution of products to our customers and accurately maintaining inventory.

The ideal candidate will work closely with and support sales, admin and management to prioritise and process customer sales orders.

Additionally, the successful applicant will comply with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, efficient and safe materials handling system
  • Ensure all products are safely stored in their correct location and are accessible
  • Facilitate distribution of products to our customers
  • Accurately maintain inventory
  • Work closely with and support sales, admin and management to prioritise and process customer sales orders
  • Comply with BMSA and customer policies

About You:

  • Forklift licence and experience with heavy loads
  • Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others
  • A focus on ensuring customers get the right product, on time, first time
  • Excellent communication skills both internal and external
  • Competent in receiving, staging, storing and dispatching
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Current work rights in Australia
