Warehouse Operations Leader

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the activities of the warehouse team to meet productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team to meet productivity and quality targets by ensuring all operations adhere to standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods and materials by monitoring inventory levels and stock movements to maintain optimal levels.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently by identifying and resolving any operational issues or bottlenecks to maintain workflow.
  • Provide training and coaching to warehouse associates to continuously improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with the overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
