Job Title: Construction Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction to close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Coordinate with estimating and engineering teams during bid and design phases
  • Lead field operations, subcontractors, and material suppliers
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and tolerances
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil or concrete paving projects
  • Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, placement methods, and equipment
  • Proficiency in project management software
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based on-site. You will be required to spend extended periods standing, walking, and working in a construction environment. Exposed to high noise levels.
