Job Title: Water Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Systems Specialist to join our Maintenance team at our luxury resort. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and installing plumbing and gas systems across our facilities.

About the Role:

As a Water Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our plumbing and gas infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Studying blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
  • Installing hot and cold water systems, fire protection systems, sanitary plumbing, and other essential services
  • Maintaining and securing all tools and equipment
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with industry regulations
  • Providing assistance to other tradespersons as directed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' post-trade experience in a similar field
  • A current Queensland Trade Licence – Plumber (or ability to convert to QLD from interstate)
  • A current Queensland open Gas Licence Type A (or ability to convert to QLD from interstate)
  • A White Card
  • A valid Driver's Licence
  • The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
