Salesforce Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

Job Description:
  • Act as the functional lead or co-lead on Salesforce engagements, collaborating closely with clients to uncover needs and shape solutions across Sales, Service, Experience or other clouds.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, user-centric Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, creatives, developers and strategists to design cohesive end-to-end experiences.

You should have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and configuration capabilities, as well as functional experience with at least one Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing).
