Job Opportunity

Hobart is seeking a talented professional to lead the creation of its first impression and connection to the City and Council through innovative customer service delivery.

  • This role involves managing new concierge services supporting business and development activity across the City.
  • Key responsibilities include building strong commercial and professional links to services, activities, businesses, and wider Council functions.
  • The successful candidate will provide a true front door 'Welcome Mat' for the City.

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in creating customer-focused programs and delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Council functions and operations is a must.
