About the Role

  • As a Personal Banker, you will play a vital part in helping our bank achieve its vision of becoming Australia's bank of choice.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and getting to know customers and their circumstances to find solutions that meet their needs.

You will have variety in your work, moving between front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.

This position is located across Hobart & Rosny Park branches.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is adaptable, able to move quickly between tasks, and even locations, on a regular basis.

You should have extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment, with an ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly.

An understanding of financials and business performance is also essential, although experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry is not necessary.
