Key Infrastructure Role

This position is within our Core Infrastructure Group, focused on simplifying cloud use.

We create foundational infrastructure that supports Canva's global scale. The Platform Enablement team develops seamless developer experiences, allowing engineers to work efficiently and reliably. We abstract away the complexities of cloud infrastructure, creating an extensible ecosystem that prioritizes developer delight and operational efficiency.

You will lead high-impact infrastructure projects, shaping robust cloud-native solutions that enable engineering speed and team autonomy. You will define architectural direction for core platform services, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and developer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Leading large-scale infrastructure projects and influencing cross-functional engineering strategy
  • Passionate about Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and site reliability
  • Thriving in mentorship roles—guiding teams and uplifting technical practices
  • Leading with a no-blame mentality and being deeply aligned with engineering values
