Skilled Subcontractor Opportunities

We are currently recruiting experienced professionals to work on our national client's projects in Sydney.

As a sub-contractor, you will be responsible for installing windows and frames into high-end residential and commercial buildings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing windows and frames with precision and quality
  • Picking up work each morning from our depot in Brookvale
  • Covering works across the Sydney metro area, with flexibility to work predominantly in Greater Sydney and some regional areas

This role is suitable for anyone who is trade-qualified or has relevant experience in window installation, joinery, or trade building. The ideal candidate will have a focus on quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Trade-qualification in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in window installation, joinery, or trade building
  • A focus on quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Other requirements include:

  • Having a Pty Ltd company registration or ABN sole traders
  • Holding relevant insurances (workers compensation, public liability insurance, comprehensive motor vehicle insurance)
  • Having a construction induction white card
  • Being eligible to work in Australia
  • Having a valid Australian driver's license
  • Having a clean valid police check
  • Having an own vehicle (ute or van) with an A-frame
  • Having own tools required for the job

Successful sub-contractors will receive ongoing support and resources to help them succeed in their roles.
