Simulation and Clinical Teaching Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the delivery of technical services in our simulation and clinical teaching spaces at our campus.
This role is essential to creating a safe, realistic, and engaging environment for students as they develop the skills required for practice. With a focus on adaptability and service excellence, you will contribute to the success of our programs by ensuring the seamless operation of teaching facilities and helping students thrive in a high-quality learning setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and support to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and facilitate simulated learning for students across Nursing and Midwifery disciplines with a focus on Midwifery;
- Instruct in the use of simulation equipment and clinical learning facilities and oversee the operation of technology to ensure safe and effective use of equipment;
- Train and supervise team members when required;

You have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to communicate effectively, whether verbally or in writing. You thrive both independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to adapt to change and new situations with confidence.
