Lead Asset Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the development of new assets connecting to a major electricity network.

As the Lead Asset Development Specialist, you will be accountable for providing expert advice and leading commercial and technical development across the entire asset lifecycle. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders and external clients to develop optimised solutions and asset strategies for network developments.

You will work closely with energy sector professionals, managers, and teams to achieve optimal network development and asset outcomes.

About the Role

  • Lead the provision of expert advice on high voltage substation and transmission line technical roles across the asset lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop optimised solutions and asset strategies for network developments.
  • Apply risk management principles to support asset management decision making and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the application of ISO55001 asset management systems and industry standards.
  • Develop and input financial models for commercial evaluation of options for network developments.
