Integration Lead

Group IT provides technology strategy, governance, delivery, and support for all of Toll. The team enable Toll with the right technology foundations and business systems to grow the business and support our customer needs.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilledIntegration Leadto join our Technology team. This role is pivotal in driving the planning, coordination, and execution of integration initiatives across enterprise software applications, including ERP, CRM, WMS, and TMS systems. You will lead the development of integration architecture and ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

As the Integration Lead you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams including Architecture, IT Services, SecOps, Finance, and Procurement, as well as external partners such as software vendors, cloud providers, and managed service providers.

To be successful as an Integration Lead, you will need to:

• Establish and evolve integration practicesby assessing current capabilities, identifying gaps, and uplifting Toll's maturity across planning, architecture, and realisation phases.
• Design and maintain a robust technical environmentaligned with Toll's integration strategy, including future-state architecture and governance.
• Ensure system coherence and interoperabilityacross key applications like ERP, enabling B2B collaboration and real-time data access.
• Drive automation and standardisationby reducing manual workflows and enforcing integration principles, patterns, and standards.
• Support strategic decision-makingthrough evaluation of commercial impacts, expert guidance, and alignment with technology roadmaps.
• Deliver integration solutions and accelerate transformationusing tools like Workado, AIS, and WebMethods, while supporting fast integration and bimodal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• A Master's degree will be highly regarded.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive architectural and technical expertiseacross enterprise, systems, integration, and data architecture, including cloud platforms and integration technologies like APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Strong experience in solution design and deliverywithin Agile environments, including vendor management and enterprise application support.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience integrating CRM/ERP systems and working across cultures.
• Leadership in integration team management, including coordination of remote teams and proactive collaboration with vendors and internal staff.
• Business acumen and industry insight, particularly in supply chain and corporate technology, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
• Results-driven and team-oriented, committed to meeting deadlines, driving performance, and fostering team engagement.
