Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to develop and implement annual marketing strategies in collaboration with management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the real estate/property industry, strong writing and communication skills, and a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Create engaging marketing materials that promote brand awareness
  • Liaise with external suppliers for marketing needs and optimize digital marketing channels
  • Coordinate social media accounts, website content, and company stationery to maintain brand consistency
  • Manage and monitor property marketing materials and attend team meetings as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or graphic design (desired)
  • Portfolio of work and excellent working knowledge of social media and digital platforms
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
