Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development, approval, and execution of the division's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision. Own the product strategy, including market positioning and innovation.
  • Market Expansion & M&A: Identify new growth opportunities and lead inorganic growth strategies. Evaluate market dynamics to keep the division at the forefront of innovation.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering innovation and providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Product Innovation & Execution: Develop and implement innovative product strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between divisions to ensure collaboration and alignment.
  • Global Market Analysis: Lead initiatives to identify trends, threats, and opportunities, maintaining competitive edge.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to align product offerings and promote the division's strategy.
