About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the Food & Beverage Operations of a prestigious golf club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and promoting a friendly, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the club's hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, catering, and events
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Member satisfaction
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of hospitality staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in a hospitality management role, preferably within the golf or premium dining industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Proven track record in driving operational efficiency
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, business, or a related field
