Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth scheduling of daily activities and maintaining efficient workflows.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience in logistics and dispatch coordination is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with drivers to schedule daily runs and ensure timely delivery of goods;
  • Coordinate with customers to meet their requirements and deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Perform other related duties as required.
