Dispatch Planner

Utilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, and performs planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and waste water assets across South East Queensland.

**About the role**
Our team of Planners work with Supervisors to maximise the use of resources and optimise maintenance activities through planning, scheduling and dispatch of work orders packages.

This is a busy role in a high-volume environment, working with a great team of water industry professionals. The role is focused on planning & dispatch of Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance activities.

**About you**
- Planning and dispatch experience in a high volume environment.
- Experience working in a maintenance environment would be preferred but is not essential.
- Experience with SAP for work order and resource management will be highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work flexibility and to adapt in a complex, service-oriented environment.
