Supply Chain Planning Excellence Specialist

The supply chain planning team drives business value by managing an end-to-end digitally savvy and data-driven supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and prioritize a roadmap of projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support business goals.
  • Develop and execute operational procedures and strategies.
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Implement corrective measures as necessary to ensure project success.

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Lead and manage teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members fostering their professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain project management and end-to-end planning transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in planning order fulfillment, inventory/transport management, or supply chain network design.
  • Familiarity with tools and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain management software.
