About the RoleAs a Trade Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling over-the-counter retail trade sales, and undertaking various tasks such as pick packing, warehousing, and stock control.
Your Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
- Process transactions and manage cash handling
- Assist with stock replenishment and stocktake cycle counters
- Provide exceptional service to customers on the trade counter
- You will have previous customer service experience and be proficient in computer and system skills
- You will be a team player with exceptional safety awareness and a clean full driver's license
- You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
