Job Overview

Australia Post is seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Risk Business Partner.

The Group Risk team provides second-line risk oversight to support the organization's business strategy, programs, projects, and emerging risks. As a Risk Business Partner, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a consistent approach to risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the complex compliance and regulatory environment
  • Supporting the operationalisation and effective application of the Group Risk Management Framework
  • Ensuring accurate risk reporting and record-keeping
  • Collaboratively identifying metrics to monitor overall risk levels
  • Delivering and innovating strategic objectives to improve risk management processes

Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in strategy, program risk, or a risk function
  • Tertiary or post-graduate qualification in a business, management, risk, or relevant discipline
  • Experience in developing and managing key risk indicators, particularly those related to strategy, programs, and project outcomes
