Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the creation of reports, including annual usage reports, sharing best practices and data with customers.
- Review and track customer engagement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions.
- Support the administration and organization of customer training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
