We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering individuals with disability to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualized support to clients with disabilities
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
- Transporting clients to appointments and activities
- Participating in social events and community activities
- Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries.
