We are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our leadership team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to take on a senior role and make a significant impact on our company's future.
- Manage contract reviews, providing commercial and legal advice to executive management.
- Lead the Risk Committee and report to the Board and Executive team on key business risks and governance issues.
- Advise the Board on corporate governance regulations and other regulatory matters.
- Develop and implement our internal compliance framework, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
As a member of our senior leadership team, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills and work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
Essential Skills:
- 10 years post-admission experience, preferably in-house or in a top-tier firm.
- AICD Company Secretary qualification or 5+ years performing this function.
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or cannabis.
- UK experience is desirable.
