Strategic Corporate Lawyer for Consumer and Retail

As a senior corporate lawyer, you will form part of an international law firm working closely with partners in consumer and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead underwriting practice strategy
  • Work on complex, cross-border and domestic private treaty M&A and equity raisings for clients across various industries including financial institutions, food & agribusiness, transport, and technology & innovation
  • Act for warranty and indemnity insurers within a leading underwriting practice offering
  • Collaborate with clients across sectors focusing on consumer goods, food & retail, and infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a top-tier corporate lawyer
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and M&A law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
