What We're Looking For
  • A passionate and self-motivated leader with experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
  • Excellent customer service skills and stellar communication and organizational prowess
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • Hold a valid RSA and full Australian working rights
  • Availability for nights and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office & Food & Beverage team
  • Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team
  • Ensure all levels of service run smoothly
  • Manage financial outcomes
  • Understand all licensing and operating legislation affecting the department, including the Liquor Act
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Hire, Develop and Coach team members
  • Attend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when required
  • Handle customer complaints
