Job Summary

We are seeking a Section Waitstaff and Runner to join our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar. The successful candidate will possess previous experience as a Section Waiter or Runner in a premium/hatted setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
  • Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services
  • Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • WSET Training- Wine & Sake
