Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Section Waitstaff and Runners to join our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar. The successful candidates will possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalized service
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and other products
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Section Waiter or Runner in a premium/hatted setting
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistent sequence of service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
  • Availability for minimum 20 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday dinner services
  • Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • WSET Training - Wine & Sake
