Job Summary: This is a critical role in driving the development of compliant, high-quality systems and processes for mRNA products.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead formulation, fill/finish, visual inspection, packaging, and related process validation and tech transfer activities.

  • Demonstrate expertise in quality systems, cGMP, and industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to establish training programs and ensure manufacturing alignment with mRNA/LNP platform standards.

This role will play a key part in establishing Drug Product (DP) MS&T activities at our site, ensuring compliance and quality in the delivery of mRNA products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SOPs, perform risk assessments, and generate cGMP documentation.
  • Maintain deep expertise in quality systems, cGMP, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete training per assigned learning plans and requalification schedules.
