Lead Australia OperationsWe are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our operations in Australia. As Country Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement local business strategy in line with global objectives
- Execute market strategies, considering global targets and local dynamics
- Represent Accelleron in local associations and manage external partnerships
- Establish local governance and ensure compliance with international standards
- Oversee marketing and sales activities, promoting entrepreneurial spirit and customer relationships
- University degree or equivalent in engineering or economics
- Broad management experience, including finance, sales & marketing, service, and business development
- Strong leadership qualities, including change management and strategic thinking
- Ability to motivate diverse teams and bridge cultural differences
- Familiarity with diesel engine and marine industry requirements
