Lead Team Member for SIL Program

Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) program is seeking an experienced and skilled team leader to lead a team of Disability Support Workers in delivering exceptional person-centred care and support to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, developing programs, and managing day-to-day operations. They will be responsible for creating schedules based on resident needs, overseeing client and staff management, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires direct support with residents, participation in an on-call roster, and flexibility with start and finish times. The successful candidate will also be able to work at other sites as needed.
