People and Culture Expert Opportunity

Carrington Centennial Care is a leading not-for-profit healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional person-centred care and health services.

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide strategic support on all aspects of People & Culture for a 12-month fixed term opportunity, with the possibility of permanency upon successful completion.

About the Role

As a People and Culture Advisor, you will report to the Executive Manager People and Culture and be responsible for:

- Providing expert advice on industrial relations legislation and supporting IR specific projects.

- Supporting workforce performance management and contributing to building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with policies.

Essential Criteria:

- At least 5 years' experience in a Senior P+C role with strong knowledge of industrial relations legislation.

- Degree qualified in a related area with high proficiency in Excel and Microsoft products.

- Business Partnering skills in all aspects of People and Culture.

- Ability to work on site and manage employee relations issues effectively.
